About the Role
Looking to break into construction estimating and project management? This is your foot in the door.
We're hiring a Reconstruction Assistant to support our reconstruction Project Manager and Estimator with the day-to-day work that keeps jobs moving — from the warehouse to the job site to the office. You'll get hands-on exposure to how reconstruction projects are estimated, priced, and managed from start to finish, with real mentorship along the way.
This position starts part-time with the opportunity to move into a full-time role as you grow with us.
What You'll Do
Purchase and deliver materials to active job sites
Visit job sites to check on progress, take measurements, and document conditions
Assist with preparing estimates and contracts
Support the Project Manager and Estimator with day-to-day administrative and field tasks
Help keep projects organized and on schedule
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license (required)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
