We are hiring Floor Care Technicians and Assistants who take pride in delivering high-quality work
with attention to detail. This position involves performing a variety of floor care services in
medical and office environments. Experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, sealing, and
refinishing
various hard surfaces
• Clean and extract carpets, including spot treatment using approved chemicals and
methods
• Operate and maintain all cleaning equipment related to floor and carpet care
• Conduct pressure washing and window cleaning (single-story buildings only)
• Follow safety procedures at all times, including proper use of barricades and PPE
• Secure and maintain work areas using proper signage and protocols
• Learn and apply proper cleaning techniques and comply with all safety guidelines
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in floor care, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and window
washing
• General knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning equipment
• Janitorial experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow schedules and directions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Must pass a background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
