We are currently accepting applications for paid event staff, volunteers, and interns for the Hollywood Film & TV Mixer: Level Up!, taking place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Level 8 inside the Moxy Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles.
This elevated entertainment-industry networking event will bring together actors, models, producers, filmmakers, writers, directors, entertainers, media professionals, photographers, musicians, entrepreneurs, publicists, entertainment executives, brand representatives, investors, and other creative professionals.
The Hollywood Film & TV Mixer is designed to help entertainment professionals and emerging talent build meaningful relationships, expand their networks, increase their visibility, and connect with people actively working throughout film, television, media, sports, fashion, and entertainment.
Guests will enjoy red carpet arrivals, media opportunities, DJ music, rooftop views, a 360 photo booth, industry networking, cocktails, dining, and the upscale atmosphere of Level 8 DTLA.
Because this event is free for approved guests to attend, we are seeking dependable, professional, and outgoing team members to assist with guest experience, check-in, red carpet operations, production support, event setup, and overall organization.
Open Positions Include:
Guest Check-In Representative — $25 per hour
Welcome guests, verify registrations, manage the guest list, provide event information, and help maintain an organized and efficient check-in process.
360 Photo Booth Operator — $25 per hour
Assist guests with the 360 photo booth experience, manage the activation area, operate the booth using a handheld remote, and help maintain a fun and professional guest experience.
DJ — Compensation Negotiable
We are seeking talented DJs interested in performing at current and future HFTVM events. Opportunities may include competitive compensation, promotional branding, livestream exposure, social media visibility, and introductions throughout our entertainment network.
PR / Red Carpet Assistant — $25 per hour
Assist with red carpet flow, guest arrivals, media coordination, photography opportunities, VIP support, and talent management. This position is ideal for individuals interested in publicity, entertainment media, special events, and red carpet production.
Assistant to the Event Producer — Unpaid Internship
Work directly with the event producer and gain firsthand experience in event planning, sponsorship development, venue procurement, entertainment networking, marketing, guest relations, and live-event production.
Setup and Decorations Volunteers — Volunteer / Unpaid
Assist with event setup, signage, light décor, production materials, guest areas, red carpet preparation, and overall event presentation.
