Field Supervisor (Construction & Renovations)

**Salary:** **$50,000 annually**
Position Summary
Paramount Construction Services, LLC is seeking an experienced **Field Supervisor** to oversee daily operations for multifamily apartment renovation projects, including kitchen & bath renovations, interior painting, maintenance repairs, and unit turnovers. This position is responsible for supervising field crews, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our property management partners.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily field operations and assigned crews.
* Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and project schedules.
* Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
* Communicate with Directors, Project Managers, and property management regarding project progress.
* Resolve job site issues while maintaining project schedules.
* Verify work is completed according to company standards and customer expectations.
* Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
* Complete project documentation, progress reports, and other required paperwork.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction, renovations, maintenance, or field supervision.
* Experience in multifamily renovations, kitchen & bath remodeling, painting, or maintenance is preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
