ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a
Receiving & Inventory Control Coordinator to help keep our inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently.
This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on
receiving, inventory organization, stock movement, and transportation between company facilities, along with maintaining accurate inventory records and updating inventory activity in our system.
The right candidate will be comfortable staying active throughout the day, working on the warehouse floor, moving materials, and keeping inventory organized and accounted for.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and verify incoming products and materials
- Organize, stock, and maintain warehouse inventory
- Load, secure, transport, and unload inventory between company facilities
- Coordinate product pulls, work orders, staging, and internal inventory requests
- Keep pick locations stocked, organized, and replenished
- Update inventory receipts, movements, transfers, and adjustments in our inventory system
- Maintain accurate inventory records and help resolve discrepancies
- Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Fulfillment, Marketing, and other departments
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and inventory areas
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous inventory control, receiving, warehouse, or operations experience preferred
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment throughout the day
- Ability to accurately maintain inventory information and learn inventory software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred

PHYSICAL & TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to regularly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable loading, unloading, stocking, and moving inventory
- Valid driver's license required
- Must have access to a reliable personal truck for transporting company inventory between facilities as needed
- Mileage reimbursement provided in accordance with company policy
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Starting pay: $25/hour
- Weekly payroll
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days
- 401(k) with company contribution after 90 days
