**Schedule:**
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor automated packaging machinery during operation.
* Visually inspect products to ensure correct filling, labeling, and sealing.
* Verify packaging meets quality standards before boxing/palletizing.
* Perform basic quality checks (counts, appearance, package integrity).
* Remove defective or incorrectly packaged items from the line.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area around the line.
* Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
* Communicate any machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor promptly.
Requirements:
· No formal experience required; training provided!
· Ability to stand for the full shift (8 hours).
· Strong attention to detail and focus on repetitive tasks.
· Reliable attendance and punctuality.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Basic understanding of following instructions.
