Multi Team Staffing Services is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in Moreno Valley, CA.
Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Moreno Valley, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repairs
Respond to maintenance requests and work orders
Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Keep accurate records of completed maintenance work
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance technician experience preferred
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to pass the required hiring process
PAY: $25/HOUR
