Executive Assistant to CEO
MachineStation | Lake Elsinore, CA
Full-Time • In-Person • $22–$28/hour
MachineStation is looking for a sharp, organized, technology-savvy Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO at our Lake Elsinore facility.
This is not a traditional calendar-and-travel EA position.
We're looking for someone who is excellent at follow-through—keeping track of decisions, commitments, meetings, deadlines and open items so important things actually get completed.
What You'll Do
Track CEO priorities, follow-ups and commitments
Prepare for and follow up after meetings
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing and other departments
Gather information and keep pending items moving
Assist with research, projects and executive priorities
Learn the business and gradually become a trusted extension of the CEO
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
Fluent in English and Spanish
Highly organized and dependable
Confident with computers and modern software
Comfortable using ChatGPT/AI tools
Resourceful and able to figure things out
Comfortable following up with people repeatedly when necessary
Professional, discreet and a strong communicator
Able to work full-time, in person in Lake Elsinore
CNC/machinery experience is NOT required. We'll teach you the industry.
Technology Matters
We're an AI-forward company. You don't need to know every application we use, but you should enjoy learning new technology rather than waiting for someone to teach you step-by-step.
Growth
You'll work directly with the CEO and gain exposure to Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Finance, HR and business strategy.

Compensation
$22–$28/hour, depending on experience and capability.
