We are an e-commerce store providing affordable dental health products online. The store is run by a small, friendly, family owned business that has been operating in North County for over 15 years.
This is an opportunity to join a growing e-commerce business and gain valuable work and business experience. We value attitude and aptitude over experience and will train the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, detail oriented, and tech savvy to grow with our company.

This is a temporary role that has the opportunity to develop into a permanent role.
- If you want a full-time or flexible part-time job (starting at 20hrs per week), Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What do the daily responsibilities look like?
- Processing, shipping, and record keeping for customer orders: this involves a fair amount of work on the computer
- Handling and organizing dental impressions and cases: attention to detail is very important
- Answering customer service emails and phone calls
- Interfacing with our technicians to help answer customer inquiries
You will develop a detailed understanding of eCommerce operations and become an important part of the team. You will learn and gain experience in a variety of software tools we use for customer service and e-commerce order processing.

- Paid time off for full-time position (PTO after 1 year for part-time)

- Starting pay during training is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Room to grow based on experience. Previous employees who've been with us for multiple years grew their compensation to over $20+/hr
