We are hiring a reliable and experienced DTF Printer Machine Operator for a busy custom printing company in Anaheim.
This position involves operating and monitoring Direct-to-Film printing machines, preparing print files, checking print quality, maintaining production flow, and helping complete customer orders on time.
This is a fast-paced production position. The ideal candidate is dependable, technically minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable standing and working around printing equipment throughout the shift.
DTF printing, wide-format printing, screen printing, heat transfer, RIP software, or print production experience is preferred. Training may be available for candidates with strong machine operation experience.
Job Duties
Operate DTF printing machines
Load film, ink, powder, and other printing materials
Prepare and send print files using RIP software
Monitor printing, powdering, curing, and finishing processes
Check color, print quality, alignment, and artwork accuracy
Identify printing defects and correct basic production issues
Perform nozzle checks and routine printhead cleaning
Maintain proper ink levels and machine settings
Organize printed transfers by customer order
Keep the printer and production area clean
Track jobs and complete orders according to daily deadlines
Report machine problems or maintenance needs immediately
Assist with heat pressing, packaging, and production when needed
Requirements
Must be reliable and on time
Must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must pay close attention to print quality and order details
Must be able to follow production instructions
Must be comfortable using computers and production software
Must be able to stand throughout the shift
Must be able to perform repetitive production tasks
Must keep the machine and work area clean and organized
DTF printer operation experience is strongly preferred
Experience with RIP software is a plus
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or production artwork is a plus
Printing, machine operation, factory, warehouse, or production experience is preferred
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
Full-time schedule available:
6 AM - 2:00 PM
Five days per week
Approximately 40 hours per week
Weekend shifts are available.
Part-time positions may also be available.
