We're looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Support person who is dependable, quick-thinking, and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ability to work Saturdays is a must!
This isn't an entry-level customer service job. We're looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems independently, and confidently communicate with homeowners, office staff, and outside sales reps throughout the day. We are a growing family run business located in a desireable Irvine location in a newly renovated office suite. We offer a casual and relaxed work environment focued on teamwork.
What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our outside sales team.
Support our outside sales team and help them close more business.
Follow up on estimates, unsold leads, and reschedule sales appointments
Keep detailed, accurate notes in our CRM.
Follow up with customers to generate positive reviews for Google and Yelp.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Extremely reliable—you show up on time, every day.
Confident in presenting product information over the phone with potential customers.
Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of appointment setting, inside sales or sales support experience (experience working with homeowners is a plus).
Excellent phone etiquette and written communication.
Strong employment references.
