We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our assisted living facility located in Oceanside, San Diego county. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support and safe transfers
Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
Monitor residents’ health, behavior, and well-being; report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans and facility policies to ensure high-quality care
Qualification
Previous caregiving experience preferred (assisted living, home care, or similar setting)
Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
Dependable, patient, and attentive to detail
Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
Background check and TB test required
