What You'll Do:
Drive the Shift: Set the tone for positive, high-energy service from open to close. Keep floor flow seamless during peak rushes and step in wherever needed.
Maintain High Standards: Ensure product quality, drink presentation, and cleanliness meet top-tier cafe standards every single day.
Operational Details: Handle key-holder duties, cash management, and initial food/beverage inventory checks.
Connect with Guests: Build genuine relationships with regulars and make every guest feel like a VIP.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of recent cafe experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or food service setting.
Demonstrated supervisory skills—you know how to lead by example, delegate effectively, and keep morale high under pressure.
Deep coffee knowledge—solid espresso technique, milk steaming standards, and standard bar efficiency.
Strong communication skills—clear, empathetic, and organized when directing team members or handling customer needs.
Reliable & punctual with flexible availability for early mornings, weekends, or closing shifts.
