We are currently hiring a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Leasing Agent for an apartment community in San Diego.
POSITION DETAILS
Position: Leasing Agent
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $22.00 PER HOUR
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
40 Hours Per Week
JOB DUTIES
Greet and assist current and prospective residents
Conduct apartment and property tours
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
Explain rental rates, amenities, and lease terms
Process rental applications and leasing paperwork
Follow up with prospective residents and leads
Assist with move-ins and move-outs
Maintain accurate resident and leasing files
Assist residents with questions and concerns
Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office
Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams
Follow company policies and Fair Housing regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
Apartment/multifamily experience is a plus
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Organized and detail-oriented
Computer skills and ability to learn property management software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
