Part-Time Office Customer Service Representative
$19–$22 hour depending on experience. | Approx. 10 to 20 Hours/Week | Potential for Full-Time
Sorrento Valley Pet Cemetery & Crematory (SVPC) is looking for a mature, friendly, compassionate, and dependable person to join our office team for the long term.
This is an in-office customer service position working directly with pet families, often during an emotional time. Strong customer service, point-of-sales, and computer skills are important, along with patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. No mistakes
Duties include answering phones and emails, assisting customers, processing payments, data entry, light office/accounting work, online orders, and helping prepare paw prints and other memorial keepsakes.
The position starts at approximately 10 to 20 hours per week with a flexible, mutually agreed-upon schedule and has the potential to grow into a full-time position.
Accuracy is critical in this position. Because we are entrusted with families’ beloved pets and important records, attention to detail is non-negotiable—there is very little room for error. We are looking for more than part-time help—we hope to find the right person to become a long-term member of our team.
