Tivoli, LLC is seeking a full-time, permanent Purchase and Sourcing Specialist for its office located in Irvine, California.
Job Duties
· Source and procure materials, components, and services related to the production of lighting products.
· Establish and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels using inventory management software to maintain sufficient stock while avoiding overstocking.
· Conduct cost analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
· Ensure that purchased materials meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
· Research market trends, emerging technologies, and developments in the lighting industry to support purchasing decisions.
· Ensure that procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Prepare and present reports regarding procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Econometrics.
Compensation
Salary: $57,054.00 per year.
