Minimum Qualifications
* Must possess a current and valid California BSIS Guard Card.
* Must possess a current and valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
* Military or law enforcement experience preferred.
* Must be legally authorized and qualified to carry a firearm while performing armed security duties.
* Must have a valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
* Must be physically capable of performing security duties, including standing and conducting foot patrols for extended periods.
* Must demonstrate good judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to remain calm and professional during emergencies or confrontational situations.
* Must possess strong communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
* Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to follow post orders and company policies.
* Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times.
* Must be able to successfully complete all required employment screening and documentation.
