Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday, Friday & Saturday
Employment Type: Part-Time

Immediate opening
JOB DUTIES
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
Clean and maintain walkways, breezeways, stairways, common areas and parking areas
Keep property grounds clean and presentable
Assist with maintaining the property's curb appeal
Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the property management team
Assist with light property maintenance and general upkeep as needed
Follow all property safety and cleanliness procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or apartment experience is preferred
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be able to perform physical duties and work indoors and outdoors
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation preferred

This position starts as a temporary assignment with the opportunity to become a permanent position based on attendance, performance, and reliability.
