Location: Anaheim, CA 92806
Compensation: $21/hour
Schedule: 3-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; morning shifts preferred (afternoon may be available for the right candidate)
Seniors Helping Seniors® Orange is seeking a kind, dependable caregiver for a senior male client in Anaheim.
Our client is friendly, mentally sharp, and enjoys conversation, sports, and staying engaged. He speaks English and Spanish, uses a wheelchair, and needs hands-on assistance with his daily routine.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Hoyer lift transfers and wheelchair assistance
- Simple meal preparation
- Supporting his daily exercise routine
- Light laundry and changing bedding
- Companionship and conversation
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Kind, patient, dependable, and punctual
- Experienced with personal care and mobility assistance
- Comfortable with Hoyer lift transfers and wheelchair care
- Physically able to safely assist with transfers
- Comfortable with a friendly dog in the home
- HCA registered or willing to become registered
- Able to pass required background screening
- Has reliable transportation
**Female caregiver preferred. Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.**
