We have an opening for a Mobile Tire Supplies SALES REPRESENTATIVE Full Time covering Orange County, parts of Los Angeles South of hwy 105 plus East of the 605, Western parts of Inland Empire.
Supplies. You will be selling tire supplies which include wheel weights, valve stems, patches, hand and pneumatic tools, jacks, tire balancers, large equipment, and more.
Customers. Your customers are businesses doing tire repair - such as tire shops, trucking, agriculture, utilities, mining, transportation, construction, etc.
Truck. You will be driving a supply truck that is 8 foot wide, 12 foot tall, 22 foot long.
Hours. You will be at customers 8am to 5pm (hour lunch), Monday through Friday.
Condition. You must have a good driving record, good credit, good computer skills, be in good health, and able to lift 50 lbs comfortably.
Language. Both English and Spanish are preferred.
Home Base. Must live in Orange County or the South side or East side of Los Angeles, or the Western parts of the Inland Empire while traveling South to the San Diego County line, North to parts of Los Angeles, Western parts of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties and Orange County.
Experience. If you are a tire supplies Sales Rep, your training time will be short and as needed. If not, it is important to have worked in a tire shop, a tire supplies store, outside tire supplies sales, or other automotive business.
Goals. Your training pay is $4,000 a month, based on goals met per 8 hour work day at customers, 5 days a week. Goals include visiting customers from 8am to 5pm (with lunch break), sending in a daily customer log, making 5 sales a day, etc. Your sales determine when you come off training pay and go on to Commission. We have had several experienced salesmen, now retired, working full time, on straight commission, hovering around the $100K mark.
