WHAT WE OFFER:
- $23-$33/hr depending on experience
- Full-time, steady work — W-2 employee position, not 1099
- Year-round residential and commercial projects across San Diego County
- Small, tight crew with a hands-on owner — no big-company runaround
- Room to grow into a lead role as we expand
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 2+ years of professional painting experience preferred
- Solid prep skills — scraping, sanding, patching, masking, priming
- Clean brush and roll work; spray experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Shows up on time, works safe, and takes pride in the finished product
