Pay: $25–$30 per hour to start, depending on experience. Higher pay may be available for candidates with advanced stone fabrication, CAD/CNC programming, and machine-operation experience.
The Countertop Company is looking for an experienced CAD/CNC Programmer and Machine Operator to join our stone fabrication team. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the complete fabrication process—from creating accurate shop drawings and CNC programs to operating equipment and managing slab inventory.

What You’ll Do
Create precise shop drawings and CNC programs using AutoCAD and AlphaCAM
Operate CNC saws and waterjets, including the Park Industries SABERjet XP
Scan slabs and complete accurate slab matching
Manage full slabs, remnants, and overall slab inventory
Coordinate programming and production priorities
Keep the slab yard organized, safe, and clean
Maintain high standards for accuracy, efficiency, and quality
What We’re Looking For
Previous professional experience in stone fabrication—required
Proficiency with AutoCAD and AlphaCAM
Experience operating CNC machinery, saws, or waterjets
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently while supporting the production team
Dependable attendance and a commitment to quality workmanship
