We are looking for someone with prior experience working with HOA, home service businesses, rental properties, property managers, or residential service sales. This role is best for someone who is comfortable speaking with customers, building relationships, following up on leads, and helping close new service opportunities.

Experience Needed In:
-HOA / Homeowners Association sales or communication
-Home service sales
-Rental property or property management accounts
-Customer follow-up and relationship building
-Local business or residential service outreach
Responsibilities:
-Generate new leads and follow up with prospects
-Build relationships with HOAs, homeowners, rental property owners, and property managers
-Help schedule estimates and service opportunities
-Communicate Blue Ocean’s services clearly and professionally
-Maintain follow-up notes and customer details
-Help grow commercial and residential accounts
Requirements:
-Prior sales experience in HOA, home services, or rental/property-related services
-Strong communication skills
-Professional and dependable
-Comfortable calling, emailing, and following up with prospects
-Self-motivated and organized
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn our service process
