You will assist with admin work and assisting Agents and Peers as well as management. You will mainly be assisting with research, producing lists, organization and following up with warm leads that want to list with us to schedule a call with one of our agents.

In a nutshell we SELL CANNABIS Businesses and Real Estate. WE DO NOT TOUCH THE PLANT. We are categorized as a Business Brokerage. We are located in 23 states. This position is for an admin position, however there is the opportunity to move up the ladder and become an agent. If you are looking to make money right away this isn't for you. You have to start as an Admin Person who needs to learn the business during the first 6 months. Once we feel that you are up to speed with tasks and this industry, we will put you through our sales program so you can obtain your Real estate license. Once you get that then you will come over to the sales side and become of our inhouse Sales agents. You don not need sales experience, our last 3 successful agents HAD ZERO SALES EXPERIENCE, but they all 3 had these 3 things in common. Great Listeners, Coachable and most important hard working, not afraid to get after it every day. Being consistent is key, 80% of our Agents make over $100,000+ per year. The $20.00 per Hourly is just for your admin tasks while you learn the industry. You aren't going to get rich on your hourly wage. The REAL MONEY is once you are licensed.
