We are looking for three 3rd shift people to start. Hours are 11:30pm - 8am Monday - Friday. Position is located in Laguna Hills, CA.
Molding Machine Operator
The Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operation of the mold injection machines while producing an optimum number of parts and performing visual inspections on the parts produced.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operates plastic molding machine
• Stages WIP for production, packages product, and stages completed product for shipping
• Trims tails and flash from product
• Visually inspects product for defects and flaws including masks, tubing, cuffs, bags and printing on masks and bags
• Runs laser printers (mask, mold room #1 UDI, mold room#2 UDI)
• Bags product when required by customer
• Voices processing or quality concerns to Cell Lead
• Processes work orders and inspections according to process and procedures
• Performs cleaning at end of shift
• Shutting down machines and room at end of production
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
• Engages in improvements and cost reductions

Eligible for holiday pay after 30 days on assignment. The selling point now is that means they could qualify for the Dec. 21 thru January 1, 2027 holiday break this year.
Eligible to participate in the referral program which means the person who refers someone, and the person referred receive $500 after the new person works 520 hours and another $500 after they work another 520 hours.
Potentially eligible for a discretionary bonus in December if on assignment for at least 30 days.
