We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Personal Attendant Caregivers to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
-Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
-Current auto insurance.
-High school diploma or GED preferred.
-Current CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Ability to pass a background check.
- Authorized to work in the United States
-Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to assist clients with activities of daily living.
-Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds, as needed.
-Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
-Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if needed.
JOB DUTIES:
-Assist with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene)
-Preparing meals and assisting with eating if needed.
-Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up).and running errands.
-Grocery shopping and running errands.
-Providing transportation to appointments or community activities.
-Offering companionship and supervision.
-Helping the individual participate in daily and community activities.
-Maintain accurate documentation and service notes
