We have an immediate opening for a part-time field security officer manager.
MUST HAVE A CA GUARD CARD TO APPLY!!!
This position will manage day and night shifts accordingly and as needed.
Maintain the corporate fleet
Conduct performance reviews
Manage uniform delegation and return
Communicate with management as the eyes and ears in the field to support the organization

The hours vary, as the needs and requirements may vary. Some days you are scheduled with daytime hours. Other days you will have grave shift hours. The most important requirement is to be flexible and available when needed.
Duties include:
Communication with the security team as needed
Write security reports using the mobile phone app GuardMetrics.
Train security officers on duties and apps, and oversee daily performance
Know all tours and locations to advise on post orders, mobile patrol routes, and represent company with client management teams as needed
Secure company materials and share important information relating to the site/routes with the team.
Must have some technical ability, as all communications are handled via phone apps.
Must speak and write in English—Reports are required for every site daily, and you must be able to communicate effectively.
On-call to complete tours or shifts when needed
Help ensure adequate support and instruction is available to team members
