We are hiring a *full time* (32 hrs minimum) barber or stylist that has 5+ years experience working in men's hair with expertise across all hair types and styles (long hair, short hair, fade, burst fade, and trendy tiktok hairstyles). Interested applicants need to be proficient across all tools from clippers, shears, and trimmers.
Our most expensive service includes a shampoo scalp massage with a hot towel and applicants need to be comfortable providing that service.
We are hiring at both our Del Sur Town location and at our Del Mar location. Both locations are in busy shopping centers with a strong community and high end neighborhood. We offer a competitive commission structure and yearly bonuses as all our employees are W2. Full time employees (40 hrs a week) at Salted Barber can make upwards of $95,000 along with yearly bonus and monthly health stipend bonus payouts.
