Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating outstanding guest experiences? We're looking for a Hospitality Ambassador to join a high-performing Site Services team supporting a dynamic corporate campus.
?? Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080
?? Work Type: Fully Onsite (5 Days/Week)
?? Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
?? Shift Options:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners, you'll deliver a premium, white-glove hospitality experience while supporting secure campus operations.
Key Responsibilities:
? Welcome employees and visitors with exceptional customer service
? Manage front desk and lobby operations
? Coordinate visitor check-ins, badge access, and host notifications
? Partner with Security to ensure campus safety and access compliance
? Support VIP guests, vendor deliveries, and special requests
? Handle phone inquiries and call center support
? Manage parking placards, Clipper Cards, lobby amenities, and logistics
? Support multiple lobby locations as needed
? Assist with document distribution, inventory, and process improvements
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (any discipline)
• 3–4+ years of experience in Corporate Hospitality, Concierge, Luxury Hotel, High-End Retail, or similar customer-facing environments
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Comfortable learning new visitor management and call center systems
• Valid California Driver's License
Additional Requirements
• Fully onsite in South San Francisco (No remote or relocation available)
• Ability to commit to a 12-month assignment
• Attend bi-weekly Thursday meetings (may extend until approximately 6:30 PM)
• Complete required safety certification within six months
