JOB DESCRIPTION
I. GENERAL:
1. Skilled in maintenance concepts
2. Performs labor necessary for routine maintenance duties (i.e. mowing, basic irrigation, tree and bush trimming)
3. Perform duties, given direction
4. Operate maintenance equipment and maintains equipment with supervision
5. Ability to adapt to different work environments
6. Report safety hazards to supervisor
II. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Basic upkeep and maintenance of drains
2. Keep shops clean and in safe conditions
3. Take pride in work completed
