Requirements:
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
• Team lead experience preferred, with the ability to train, schedule, and oversee staff
• Experience with floor care preferred
• Be detail oriented and perform routine quality cleaning work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Follow directions and have good communication with supervisors, coworkers and clients
• Must provide documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States
