What You'll Do
As the General Manager, youll be at the heart of our dispensarys operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily operations, including inventory management, compliance, and customer service.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a diverse team to achieve performance goals.
- Ensuring adherence to all state and local cannabis regulations.

What We're Looking For
Were seeking a motivated individual who brings experience, leadership, and a customer-first mindset to the table. To be successful in this role, youll need:
- At least 3 years of management experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
- A strong understanding of cannabis regulations and compliance (or a willingness to learn).
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
