Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Administrator / Visual Inspector to join our Quality team. This position is responsible for performing visual inspections of aerospace components, maintaining quality records, supporting documentation control, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
• Perform visual inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Verify product conformance using inspection criteria and acceptance standards.
• Review manufacturing travelers, certifications, and quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Generate inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Assist with document control and filing of quality records.
• Support First Article Inspections (FAIs), in-process inspections, and final inspections.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming material.
• Assist with corrective actions and root cause investigations when required.
• Support customer, internal, and regulatory audits.
• Maintain compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, customer specifications, and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Production, Engineering, and Quality personnel to resolve quality issues.
• Perform other quality-related administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment (aerospace experience preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
