Minimal requirements:
Experience in Sulfuric Anodizing (TY II & III) preferred; other coatings considered
Must be able to understand and follow processing instructions
Duties Include:
Preparing parts for plating: acid and alkaline cleaning and activation
Controlling rectifiers and plating parameters to achieve desired finish
Verifying and recording processing information on written logs
Recognizing quality problems and provide corrective actions
Use of X-Ray and other instruments to verify plating thickness
