Lion DTF Transfers is a family owned and operated business, and we're looking for a Print Shop Production Lead to take the reins on our pressing operations. If you're organized, hands-on, and want a role where your work directly drives the business forward, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Own the production and print shop order schedule from start to finish.
Be the go-to contact for customer emails, calls, and order updates.
Coordinate gang sheets, samples, and product check-ins with our print production team.
Spend a few hours daily on the press floor running production, alongside your supervisory duties.
Handle invoicing and payment through Shopify before orders ship out.
Keep our Lion Print Shop orders fulfilled and on schedule.

What We're Looking For
Someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple orders at once.
Strong communicator, comfortable talking with customers and agencies.
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems) — comfortable learning new software like Shopify and Google Sheets.
Graphic design or Adobe/vectorizing experience is a plus, but not required.
A hands-on team player who's comfortable pressing daily and ready to grow into higher-level responsibilities.
