🚨 NOW HIRING – MULTIPLE MANUFACTURING POSITIONS! 🚨

Pay: **$19.00–$25.00 per hour** (DOE)

Location: Dayton, NJ

People First Staffing** is hiring experienced manufacturing professionals to join a growing team! We have immediate openings for the following positions:

✅ **Welding Technicians (TIG/MIG)**
✅ **Powder Coat / Industrial Painters**
✅ **Assembly Technicians**
✅ **Material Handlers**

What We're Looking For

Welding Technicians

* 3–5 years of TIG/MIG welding experience
* Experience welding thin-gauge stainless steel, aluminum, and steel
* Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
* Experience using hand, power, and pneumatic tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Forklift certification is a plus

Powder Coat / Industrial Painters

* Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting

Assembly Technicians

* Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience
* Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
* Experience with ERP/MRP systems preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools

Material Handlers

* Previous warehouse/material handling experience
* Forklift Certification REQUIRED (Sit-Down & Stand-Up)
* Experience with inventory management and MRP systems preferred
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to read work orders and blueprints

Requirements

* Previous experience in the position you're applying for
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to stand for extended periods
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements
