We are seeking an engaging Recruiter to join our team at an elite financial company! The ideal
candidate has a polished appearance, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills. This
person will be the face of our company to prospective candidates so they must be able to convey the
company vision and values, while also assessing whether a candidate is a strong fit for both the
position and our company.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, etc. for mortgage industry
candidates
- Coordinate interviews for hiring managers, conduct interviews for senior to entry- level
positions
- Maintain various reports
- Assess and evaluate interviewees
- Extend offers of employment
- Supports licensing activities
- Coordinate new hire orientations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred experience:
- High volume recruiting 25-30 candidates each month
- Sales skills a must
- Customer Service skills
- Recruiting experience with a proven track record
Requirements:
- Two to five years high volume recruiting experience with proven track record
- Fluent English is a must
- Proactive, autonomous, self-starter
- Must be able to multi-task in a high volume environment
- Demonstrates leadership qualities
- Responsible, organized, energetic, assertive, accountable, and adaptable individual
