Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate – Coatings Production is responsible for supporting daily production line operations by preparing, handling, packing and feeding materials into coating equipment while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
This role includes assisting with quality checks, preparing materials for production, and supporting line readiness by ensuring necessary components such as samples and primer pads are properly set up and available. The associate is also responsible for helping monitor material quality, preventing defective items from entering production, and maintaining smooth workflow.
Success in this role requires consistent communication with operators and team members, strong attention to detail, and active monitoring of equipment and materials to prevent defects and production downtime. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in maintaining product quality and achieving production goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and stage materials for production
· Feed materials into machines accurately and efficiently
· Inspect materials and assist with quality checks during production
· Ensure correct profiles, sizes, samples, and primer pads are used
· Communicate with operators and team members to prevent issues
· Monitor equipment conditions (rollers, spools, primer pads) and report problems
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
· Packing finished products correctly and proper amounts
