Extrusion Machine Operator
Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92647
Pay Rate: $22.50–$23.00 per hour
All Shifts: 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
Employees will work five consecutive days each week and have two consecutive days off.
Schedule 2B: Work :Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Schedule 2C: Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
Schedule 2D: Work: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Extrusion Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating extrusion equipment, monitoring product quality, and assisting with packaging and labeling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up extrusion machines according to production orders and technical specifications.
Operate extrusion equipment to produce materials such as nylon film, rubber, and infusion mesh.
Monitor product quality and identify defects, including bubbles and uneven output.
Adjust machine speed, temperature, and other settings to maintain quality standards.
Collect product samples for quality-control testing.
Label and package finished products according to work-order instructions.
Pull raw materials from inventory and stage them for production.
Review work orders and engineering drawings before beginning production runs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with 5S standards.
Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
Wear all required personal protective equipment, including a respirator during machine setup.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience is preferred.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and processes.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requires prolonged standing, walking, and repetitive movements.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
Must be able to wear required PPE, including a respirator.
