We are currently seeking experienced professionals for opportunities in Electronics Assembly and Quality Inspection. If you have a background in electronics manufacturing, soldering, inspection, or quality assurance and are looking for a stable, full-time opportunity with a three-day weekend every week, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Perform precision hand soldering and electronic assembly work under a microscope
Conduct in-process and final inspections using work order travelers, device history records, and customer drawings
Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, engineering documents, ECOs/ECNs, and manufacturing instructions
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and AS9102 documentation as required
Verify products meet customer specifications and quality standards
Use inspection tools and equipment to measure and document product quality
Record inspection data and prepare basic quality reports
Communicate quality concerns and manufacturing issues with production teams
Implement engineering changes and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, soldering, or quality inspection
Experience with hand soldering and electronic assembly preferred
First Article Inspection (FAI) and AS9102 experience required for quality-focused candidates
IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification is a plus
Familiarity with ISO 9000 and/or AS9100 quality systems preferred
SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience is a plus
Ability to read and understand manufacturing and engineering documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and write English clearly
Must be able to pass a hands-on soldering skills test (assembly candidates)
candidate must be able to do a vision test within 30 days of start date.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work with small components and perform detailed visual inspections
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Annual eye exam required due to the precision nature of soldering and inspection work
