We are looking for an experienced, resilient, and compassionate Dog Bather to join our team. This is not a job for someone who simply washes their own pets at home. Bathing is physically demanding and emotionally challenging work. You will handle dogs with all temperaments, including those with high anxiety, senior pets, and dogs with medical conditions. The ideal candidate is confident, highly patient and possesses deep knowledge of safe canine handling, washing, drying and brushing out techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform a thorough washing, drying, and complete brush out on various breeds and coat types.
Safely handle, calm, and reassure dogs experiencing extreme stress or panic during grooming process.
Must confidently utilize high-velocity dryers, Velocity nozzles, and grooming tables without escalating a dog fear.
