Clayton's Coffee Shop is seeking an experienced Breakfast Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are a fast-paced, high-volume breakfast restaurant known for serving quality food with exceptional speed and consistency. High-volume breakfast experience is required.
Responsibilities
Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to established recipes and plating standards
Execute orders quickly and accurately during busy service periods
Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized workstation
Prepare ingredients for daily service
Monitor product quality, freshness, and proper food rotation
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health department standards
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of high-volume breakfast line cook experience required
Ability to cook eggs, pancakes, omelets, French toast, breakfast meats, and other breakfast favorites with speed and consistency
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
