We're looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Line Cook to join our brand-new, high-volume Mexican Take Out concept in beautiful Coronado, California. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in consistency, and enjoy working with a great team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain speed and consistency during high-volume service
Set up and stock your station before each shift
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
Properly rotate, label, and store food products
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
Previous line cook experience preferred (Mexican cuisine is a plus)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Dependable with excellent attendance
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
