Clayton's Bistro & Bakery is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. We are a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant that takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area
Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the shift
Empty trash and recycling as needed
Assist with receiving and putting away deliveries
Keep all kitchen equipment and work areas clean and sanitized
Support the kitchen team with general cleaning and closing duties
Follow all health and food safety standards
Qualifications
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Weekend and holiday availability required
Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
