Job Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community and common areas
Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
Clean breezeways, stairwells, parking lots, and amenity areas
Assist with apartment make-ready services and unit turns
Support the maintenance team with light maintenance tasks as assigned
Ensure the property maintains excellent curb appeal at all times
Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the property management team
Assist with daily operational needs to help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications
Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors as needed
