Superior Pool Service LLC is looking for a reliable, experienced pool service technician to join our growing company and help service our new pool route in the Newport Beach / Newport Coast area. We are a growing pool service company with a newly acquired route, and we are continuing to add more accounts through word of mouth, new customer start-ups, and future route acquisitions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for someone who wants consistent work and the opportunity to grow with a company from the beginning. We can initially provide a minimum of 2 days of pool cleaning per week, with the option of 4 full days of pool service. We would also have a 5th day available for filter cleans, salt cell cleans, equipment maintenance, and other service work. If you have experience with pool repairs and equipment troubleshooting, there is an opportunity to take on additional repair work as well. As we continue acquiring and adding accounts, there is plenty of room for additional hours and responsibility for the right person.

- $25 per day fuel stipend ($100 per week max)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need a technician who is:
- Reliable and communicates well
- Possesses reliable truck
- Takes pride in their work
- Experienced with routine pool cleaning and chemical balancing
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to recognize equipment issues and communicate problems
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping pools looking great
- Will let us know about anything you see at a pool that needs attention
- Responsible for keeping us updated on chemicals, equipment, leaks, pool conditions, and customer concerns
- Professional and respectful with customers and their properties
EXPERIENCE
Pool service experience is strongly preferred. Experience with repairs, pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, leaks, and general pool equipment troubleshooting is a major plus and can lead to additional work.
