SOCAL BATH WORKS is seeking an experienced CABINET FINISHER to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end bathroom remodeling projects throughout Orange County and surrounding areas and are looking for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sand, prep, stain, paint, and finish cabinetry and bathroom vanities
• Match existing finishes and colors when required
• Repair minor cabinet damage, scratches, and imperfections
• Apply primers, stains, lacquers, paints, and protective coatings
• Ensure a high-quality finish that meets company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work closely with project managers and installation crews to meet project deadlines
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in cabinet finishing, woodworking, or furniture finishing
• Strong knowledge of stains, paints, lacquers, and finishing techniques
• Ability to color match and create custom finishes
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation, own tools & equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
