Job Summary:
Provide front-counter customer service, process dry-cleaning orders, and ensure accurate garment handling in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with drop-off and pickup
• Explain services and pricing
• Process payments using POS (SPOT a plus)
• Assemble and verify garments
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Cover shifts at a second location as needed (optional)
Qualifications:
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to lift
