CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES
Base + Commission | San Diego
Pro-Tech Design & Build Inc. is hiring a business-development / sales professional to generate profitable construction projects in San Diego County by working with homeowners, landowners, investors, realtors, brokers, insurance agents, and all other possible sources.
We are a licensed General Contractor (Category B) and Engineering contractor (A) offering wide range of services from grading, utilities, and site development to ADU, ground up construction, comlete residential subdivisions and construction management services.
We are looking for someone who can build relationships with:
• Developers and real estate investors
• Homeowners and landowners
• Commercial and residential brokers
• Architects and engineers
• Private lenders and construction lenders
• Property managers and referral partners
This is not telemarketing, appointment setting or retail remodeling sales. We need someone capable of finding real opportunities, qualifying the owner and project, arranging site meetings, coordinating proposals and consistently following up until a hiring decision is made.
The strongest candidate will have experience in construction, residential or commercial real estate, development, lending, architecture, engineering or high-value business-to-business sales. An established San Diego network is a major advantage to get going immeriately.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commissions tied to the profitability and the quality of originated projects. Expected first-year compensation is approximately $100,000–$150,000+, depending on experience and performance.
