NOW HIRING – BARBACK / BARTENDER APPRENTICE
Starting Pay: $19.00 Per Hour

We are looking for an experienced Barback to join our evening dining team. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow, learn, and become a key member of a professional bar team.
The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in the details that keep a great bar running. For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to cross-train and develop toward bartender support responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Keep the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service
Support bartenders during busy dinner shifts
Prepare garnishes and maintain bar supplies
Maintain a clean, polished, and professional bar area
Assist with inventory, restocking, and keg changes
Complete opening and closing duties
Help create an efficient and positive experience for guests and the team
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of barback experience required
Must be 21 years of age or older due to the opportunity for cross-training into roles involving alcoholic beverage service
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the position
Evening, weekend, and holiday availability as needed
